The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assist healthcare providers, and ensure smooth clinic operations. This role involves direct patient interaction, clinical support, and administrative duties to support the delivery of excellent medical services. A key aspect of this position includes performing phlebotomy procedures to facilitate diagnostic testing and patient care. Duties Assist physicians and healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures Prepare examination rooms and ensure all necessary supplies are available Take vital signs, record medical histories, and update patient records accurately Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of medical instruments and exam areas Manage appointment scheduling, patient check-in/check-out processes, and documentation Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols Support administrative tasks including filing, billing, and inventory management Requirements Certified Medical Assistant credential from an accredited program or institution Proven experience in a clinical setting preferred; recent graduates are encouraged to apply Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and safety standards Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records Compassionate attitude with a commitment to providing excellent patient care Join our team as a Certified Medical Assistant to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while advancing your healthcare career.
