Responsibilities Assist healthcare provider with patient intake, including collecting medical histories and recording vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration. Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and ensuring comfort throughout their visit. Manage electronic health records (EHR systems) accurately by documenting patient information. Provide exceptional patient service by answering questions, coordinating appointments to surgical outpatient centers. Support administrative functions including scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. Requirements Proven experience as a Medical Assistant in settings such as, outpatient clinics, experience is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compassionate patient care while supporting medical staff efficiently.
