Short Job Summary We are seeking a Medical Assistant to support both front and back office clinical operations. This role ensures high-quality patient care by assisting providers, managing patient flow, and handling administrative tasks in a fast-paced healthcare setting. •

M-F, 8:30a-5:30p

Pay Range:

$26.00 - $31 per hour Key Responsibilities Room patients, obtain vital signs, and document symptoms and medical history Assist providers with procedures, injections, and immunizations Accurately document patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR) system Triage patient concerns and recognize urgent medical needs Communicate with patients regarding lab results, prescriptions, and referrals Schedule appointments, answer phones, and manage patient inquiries Process insurance verifications and authorizations Maintain clean exam rooms, manage supplies, and support clinic operations Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Medical Assistant certification from an accredited program (e.g., NHA or AMCA) required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required Minimum of 1 year of medical assisting experience in a clinical or physician office setting, or equivalent combination of training and experience
