Looking for an enthusiastic and eager to learn employee. Minimum of 1+ year medical office experience is preferred. Fluent Spanish is a requirement. This position is for front and back office receptionist/assistant who will directly deal with our patients, as well as daily office duties listed below. Must be willing to travel to both locations in Hacienda Heights (1 day per week) and Ontario. Wages will be on an hourly basis depending on previous experience.   • Answering phones/messages in a thorough and timely manner
  • Scheduling appointments, rooming patients
  • Insurance verification, patient charting, obtaining authorization, processing patient referrals
  • Chart keeping and filing paperwork, medical records
  • Keeping the work flow in the office
  • Stocking/cleaning patient rooms and patient lobby
  • Participates in ongoing training
  • Manage inventory of medical supplies
  • Clean/autoclave instruments Benefits
