Our office specializes in medical dermatology, cosmetic injectables, laser treatments, skincare, and aesthetic procedures. We are seeking a motivated, polished, and career-oriented Medical Assistant (MA) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) who is passionate about both dermatology and aesthetics. This position is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in cosmetic dermatology and aesthetic medicine. We are looking for a candidate who is committed to learning and growing with our practice over the next 1-2 years through extensive hands-on training. Responsibilities Assist providers with both medical dermatology and cosmetic procedures Prepare patients for exams, treatments, and aesthetic services Room patients, obtain medical histories, and document accurately in EMR Assist with biopsies, excisions, injections, laser procedures, and cosmetic treatments Learn and assist with: Reconstitution of neurotoxins Drawing and preparation of dermal fillers Cosmetic injectable workflow Skincare and laser treatments Educate patients on treatment plans, skincare products, cosmetic services, and post-care instructions Maintain treatment rooms, supplies, and clinical cleanliness standards Support patient scheduling, follow-up, and treatment coordination Help drive cosmetic sales, skincare recommendations, and patient retention Participate in social media and marketing initiatives as needed Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality Qualifications Current Medical Assistant certification or LVN license required Dermatology, cosmetic, med spa, or plastic surgery experience.
