We are expanding our aesthetic medical spa services and are seeking an experienced, motivated, and personable Aesthetic Medical Assistant to join our team. Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Aesthetic Medical Assistant who is energetic, friendly, professional, smart, and highly motivated. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an aesthetic medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or cosmetic medical environment and will be comfortable working directly with patients. We are looking for someone who can provide excellent patient care while also helping create a welcoming, polished, and positive environment for our patients. Responsibilities Assist providers with aesthetic and cosmetic treatments and procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment Assist with patient intake and rooming Provide excellent customer service and patient communication Assist with before-and-after photos Help educate patients on skincare and aesthetic treatments Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Assist with inventory and supplies Support daily operations of the medical spa Help create a positive and welcoming patient experience Assist with social media and marketing content when needed Qualifications Previous Medical Assistant experience required Aesthetic medical spa experience strongly preferred Experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, cosmetic medicine, or aesthetics is a plus Friendly, outgoing, energetic, and professional personality Smart, organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Excellent communication and customer service skills Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Comfortable working with patients and medical providers Passionate about aesthetics, skincare, beauty, and wellness Preferred Qualifications Korean and English bilingual preferred, but NOT required Social media/content creation experience strongly preferred Comfortable taking photos and videos for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms Experience creating engaging social media content Comfortable being in front of or behind the camera Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, or other content creation tools is a plus The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is more than just a Medical Assistant .

$25.70 - $35.00 per hour
