$25-$30/hour Summary Seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator / Medical Assistant to support a specialty healthcare clinic. This role combines direct patient care, clinical support, documentation, scheduling coordination, and administrative responsibilities to ensure an exceptional patient experience. Key Responsibilities Assist providers with patient visits, procedures, and clinical workflow. Educate patients and provide clear instructions regarding treatment and medications. Manage patient documentation and EMR records. Answer and triage patient calls and coordinate follow-up care. Support phlebotomy, specimen handling, and clinic operations as needed. Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and equipment. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality of patient information. Qualifications CMA certification required. 1+ year of Medical Assistant or clinical experience preferred. Strong patient service and communication skills. Experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office. Phlebotomy experience/certification preferred. Bilingual skills (Spanish, Armenian, Mandarin, etc.) a plus.
