We are seeking a motivated, professional, and patient-focused Medical Assistant who is comfortable supporting both back-office clinical duties and front-desk reception responsibilities. Position Summary The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and compassionate with excellent customer service skills. This role requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment while providing exceptional patient care and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. ResponsibilitiesBack Office Duties Prepare patients for examinations and treatments Record vital signs, medical history, and patient information Assist providers with wellness and aesthetic procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness/sanitation standards Handle injections, blood draws, and specimen collection (if certified) Manage inventory and restock medical supplies Educate patients on post-treatment care and wellness programs Maintain accurate EMR documentation Front Office / Reception Duties Greet and check in patients professionally Schedule appointments and confirm upcoming visits Answer phones, texts, and patient inquiries Verify and process payments Maintain patient records and consent forms Assist with patient retention and membership coordination Support clinic marketing efforts and social media engagement (optional) Qualifications Medical Assistant certification preferred Previous experience in medical spa, aesthetics, wellness, dermatology, or weight loss clinic preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Knowledge of EMR systems and basic computer skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Bilingual is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Growth opportunities within the clinic Employee discounts on wellness and aesthetic services Supportive and positive team environment Training opportunities in aesthetics and wellness treatments Schedule Full-time / Part-time available Some evenings and weekends may be required How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief introduction about your experience and why you would be a great fit for Restore Youth Clinic.
