This role involves supporting healthcare providers by managing electronic health records, assisting with patient care, and handling administrative tasks related to billing and claims. The ideal candidate will be available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:45 AM to 4:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM. Korean speaking ability is preferred. No prior experience is necessary as paid training will be provided. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive clinical environment serving patients from infancy to 19 years old. Responsibilities Manage electronic health records (EHR) accurately and efficiently. Assist with gathering patient information prior to appointments, including verifying insurance eligibility and obtaining authorizations when needed. Take vital signs and perform vision and hearing screenings as required. Schedule patient appointments. Help with administrative tasks such as billing and processing claims. Support healthcare providers during patient visits by preparing necessary documentation and assisting with procedures. Ensure smooth clinic operations by coordinating patient flow and maintaining a clean, organized environment. Qualifications No prior experience required; comprehensive paid training will be provided. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members. Basic computer skills, particularly in managing electronic health records (EHR). Korean speaking is preferred Availability on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:45 AM to 4:30 PM with a one-hour lunch break.
