Job Overview We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team. No prior medical experience or certification is required! We are fully prepared to train the right person who has a passion for helping others, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for anyone looking to start a career in healthcare. Responsibilities Welcome patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process. Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient files. Prepare patients for procedures, record medical histories, and document patient information accurately in records. Explain instructions to patients clearly and address any questions to ensure comfort and understanding. Assist the doctor with therapeutic exercises and modalities. Maintain cleanliness and organization in exam rooms and front office areas. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Skills Strong communication skills and a friendly, empathetic personality. Basic computer skills. Bilingual in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is a big plus!
