Our team values collaboration, kindness, and creating a positive experience for every family who walks through our doors. Clinical Duties Greet patients and families, room patients, and obtain accurate vital signs and medical histories Assist with pediatric procedures such as vaccinations, vision/hearing screenings, point‑of‑care testing, and specimen collection Prepare exam rooms, maintain cleanliness, and ensure proper stocking of supplies Administer immunizations Support providers during exams and minor procedures Document patient information accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) Follow infection control and safety protocols Administrative Duties Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient check‑in/check‑out Verify insurance information and assist with prior authorizations or referrals Communicate with families regarding lab results, instructions, and follow‑up care (per provider direction) Maintain accurate medical records and ensure HIPAA compliance Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program (preferred) Current MA certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent) preferred CPR/BLS certification Strong communication and customer‑service skills Comfort working with infants, children, and adolescents Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Personal Qualities We Value A warm, patient, and friendly demeanor with children and families Reliability and professionalism Team‑oriented mindset Willingness to learn and grow within the practice Ability to stay calm and organized during busy clinic hours
