Medical Assistant/Receptionist

Duties Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with check-in procedures using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Collect and document vital signs, medical histories, and current medications accurately Prepare patients for examinations by taking vital signs and performing basic clinical assessments Assist healthcare providers with procedures Manage patient flow by scheduling appointments, confirming upcoming visits, and coordinating follow-up care Maintain organized medical records, ensure compliance with privacy regulations, and update ICD coding for diagnoses Qualifications Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred Phlebotomy Certificate through ASPT preferred Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and ICD coding standards Familiarity with EHR systems and medical administrative support functions such as intake and insurance processing Strong patient service skills with the ability to handle diverse populations Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced settings Join us to make a meaningful difference in patient lives while advancing your career in a supportive and energetic environment!
