We operate a fast-paced, collaborative environment dedicated to exceptional patient care and clinical excellence. Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic, motivated Clinical Administrative Assistant & Team Leader to manage our front office and support our clinical team. This multifaceted role requires a proactive professional who seamlessly bridges the gap between practice administration and hands-on patient care. As the face of our practice, you will oversee daily operations, manage patient relationships, and directly assist our doctors with advanced therapeutic modalities.
Key Responsibilities Practice Administration:
Manage the front desk, coordinate doctor and patient schedules, oversee patient ledgers/billing, and handle collections and co-pays and process insurance billing, posting payments etc.
Patient Experience:
Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing patients, managing check-ins/check-outs and digital communications (emails, newsletters, and marketing outreach).
Clinical Support:
Assist practitioner with the hands-on application of therapies, modalities, and exercise instruction under doctor supervision.
Team Leadership:
Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment and drive operational efficiency to support practice growth.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Prior experience as a Physical Therapy Aide or Chiropractic Assistant is highly preferred or working as a health care team member .
Language:
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, English is required.
