Symphony Health is an expansive Internal Medicine Practice that acts as a medical hub for patients from around the Bay Area. Our patient base ranges anywhere from Comprehensive Visits, Annual Check Ups, Pre-Operative Clearances, and Injury Cases. Dr. Waheed Ibrahimi has over 13 years of experience in his field, and also sees Adult Patients, including those on a PI/Lien and Worker's Compensation basis. We are looking for a Medical Assistant/Receptionist to join our team of Physicians, Office Staff, and Medical Personnel here at Bridge Medical! The position will require some travel between two of our office locations in

SAN RAMON.

New graduates are welcome to apply pending the required certifications and appropriate training.

Responsibilities:

Check in and check out patients appropriately. Triage and obtain vitals on patients. Schedule appointments, and answer phones, faxes, emails, and other modes of communication when needed. Effective communication with medical staff to coordinate with all levels of patient management and meet clinic standards and demand. Punctual and respectful of office policies and procedures, as well as our patient base. Establish effective and culturally competent working relationships with medical and supporting staff, patients, and families. Compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality policies. Additional tasks assigned by the supervising physician and / or supervising staff Experience with Neurology is not required but a bonus!
