We seek Excellence, Integrity & Commitment to the provision of effective patient care. This position is for someone available to work 2-4 weekly shifts. Each shift is 5.5 hours or 6.75 hours Full Availability required to be considered.

Job Description:
Welcoming and greeting all patients Answering phones, filing, assisting with patient check-in, paperwork Scheduling of patients Use of EMR Prepare Patients for Medical Providers Measure and record vital signs, electrocardiograms, visual tests, glucose tests, hemoglobin tests among others Assisting the Physician with exams and minor surgeries Venipuncture and collection of laboratory samples and prepare them for the courier. Maintain an environment conducive to the comfort and confidentiality of the patient environment. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent Successfully completed and graduated from a Medical Assistant Program Venipuncture Certification or equivalent Bilingual in English/Spanish Excellent Communication Skills Demonstration of proper phone etiquette Ability to Multi Task Willingness and Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a variety of situations Able to work both independently and as a Member of our Team. Two years experience in a similar position.

From $21.00 per hour
