• Answer phones and assist patients professionally
• Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• Assist with prior authorizations and referrals
• Process patient intake, consent forms, and questionnaires
• Collect copays and send secure payment links
• Coordinate with pharmacies, labs, and other providers
• Maintain accurate patient records in our EHR system
• Assist with general front office and administrative duties
• Support outreach and communication with referral sources Qualifications
• Previous Medical Assistant or healthcare office experience preferred
• Experience with insurance verification and authorizations is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
