Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with check-in procedures. Room patients, perform clinical intake, and record medical history. Prepare patients for ultrasound procedures. Support medical administrative tasks such as ICD coding for diagnoses, managing patient records, and scheduling appointments Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment while adhering to infection control standards in an office setting. Proven experience as a Medical Assistant in clinical environments such as OB/GYN or Maternal Fetal Medicine office settings. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, ICD coding, and medication administration procedures. Hands-on experience with EHR systems and medical documentation practices. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required; additional certifications like sonography and ultrasound experience are a plus. Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient service.

Pay:

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
