Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 830am-5pm Subject to change based on Business needs

Pay Range:

$22 - $25 per hour, based on experience

90 day review before benefits kick in Job Summary Advanced TMS Clinic Inc. is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Assistant / TMS Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a background as a Medical Assistant and experience or interest in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) as well as Psychiatry. The TMS Technician will primarily administer TMS treatments for treatment-resistant depression, with potential opportunities to administer long-acting injectables, support our providers and COO with prior authorizations, coordinate TMS Mappings, as well as communicate via CRM and engage in community events and outreach initiatives. Training on TMS machines, such as AMPA, MagVenture or NeuroStar, is preferred; however, on-the-job training is available for the right candidate. Responsibilities Deliver safe and effective TMS treatments for patients with Treatment Resistant Depression, following clinic protocols. Administer long-acting injectable medications as needed under provider supervision. Assist in administrative tasks such as obtaining prior authorizations, completing paperwork, Assisting with Billing and supporting the COO and providers. Engage in community outreach and represent Advanced TMS Clinic | Pacific Health Systems at local events to raise awareness of our services. Maintain accurate patient records, ensure timely appointment scheduling, and manage patient flow. Provide exceptional support and care to patients, addressing questions and concerns about treatment. Qualifications Medical Assistant background Prefer 1-2 yrs experience in a Psychiatry setting. Prior experience with TMS machines (MagVenture or NeuroStar preferred) or a willingness to train. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in handling patient records and administrative tasks. Strong communication skills and compassionate patient interaction. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required. Ability to work in National City, CA and in Santee CA office.
