Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Back Office Primary Care Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both administrative and clinical tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare patients for examination, taking vital signs, and recording medical histories Assist healthcare providers during examinations and procedures Perform phlebotomy and administer injections as required Collect and prepare laboratory specimens Conduct basic lab tests and report results Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for use Educate patients on healthcare management and treatment plans Follow all safety protocols and maintain a sterile environment Other Clinical tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification required Minimum of 6 months of experience in a primary care, Urgent Care or similar healthcare setting Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Work Location:
In person Monday to Friday, Some weekends will be required.
