Front office duties include greeting patients, overseeing a medical office, running reports, creating excel spreadsheets, answering heavy phones, computerized scheduling, and product sales. Back office duties include rooming patients, taking histories, assisting provider with procedures.
Requirements:
Must have 2 years experience in a dermatology or plastic surgery medical office. Must have excellent phone skills, be familiar with medical terminology, computer skills, and ability to multi task. Must have a pleasant disposition, ethical, hard working, energetic, honest, and a team player
