& Midwifery @ Castle Rock $5,000 Sign on Bonus for New Hires! Assesses patient's physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interview, review of medical records, and clinical data. Evaluates patient's response and reports to responsible provider to ensure optimal patient outcome. Contributes to the development and implementation of patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Demonstrates competency in therapeutic and diagnostic interventions, including vital signs, minor treatments/procedures, prevention services, pre-visit planning, post-visit follow-up, and medication refills per protocol. Promotes, advocates, and collaborates to protect the health, safety, and rights of each patient.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
