Position Purpose:
This non-exempt, full-time position is responsible for direct and indirect care of adult and pediatric patients under the direction of the physicians, Clinic Manager and Office Administrative Manager. We are looking for a positive, experienced, responsible individual to contribute depth & knowledge to our busy practice.
Responsibilities:
Shows competency as a Medical Office Assistant Shows competency in Clinic Assistant I and II Skill Modules within 120 days of employment; Clinic Assistant III Skill Modules within first year of employment Shows competency in basic computer skills Assures patient satisfaction by working as a team member with all personnel Front Desk & Cross-Training duties, to include: Answering front desk phones Check in/check out of patients Scheduling appointments Processing billing and insurance information Showing compliance with insurance regulations Demonstrates flexibility, professionalism and a high-level of motivation Maintains open communication and a team-oriented work environment with all departments and all levels of personnel Takes initiative and is a self-starter Performs additional duties as deemed necessary OSHA and HIPAA Compliant Responsibilities are subject to change at any time based on company needs.
