No certification required. If you have relevant healthcare experience or training and a genuine desire to help patients, we want to hear from you. What you'll do: You'll be the backbone of our clinic — prepping patients, supporting our providers, managing patient flow, and making sure every visit runs smoothly.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Reviewing upcoming appointments in advance to confirm appropriateness for the provider, and ensuring prior records, imaging, and relevant clinical information are on hand before the visit Rooming patients and recording vitals, medications, and health history Responding to patient calls and prescription requests Keeping exam and procedure rooms stocked, clean, and sterile Supporting patients with education, forms, and next steps in their care Who we're looking for: Someone who is calm under pressure, communicates well, and takes pride in giving patients a great experience.
