Job Description

EMMETT PLASTIC SURGERY & CIRCLE AESTHETICS IS SEEKING A FULL TIME MEDICAL ASSISTANT.
Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Medical Assistant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will directly impact patient care and clinic efficiency. Your proactive approach will help create a welcoming environment for patients while maintaining high standards of medical support. We are looking for someone who is clinically strong, compassionate, and comfortable working closely with patients throughout their aesthetic journey. Experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetics is a plus.
Hours:
Monday
  • Thursday 9:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM and Friday 9:00 AM
  • 1:00 PM Duties Assist with patient intake by collecting medical histories, and updating electronic health records (EMR systems) accurately.
Transcribe legible medical consultative notes Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and ensuring comfort during clinical assessments. Support physician with procedures including medication administration, wound care, and assisting in minor surgeries or procedures within a surgical settings. Manage medical documentation with precision. Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment while adhering to infection control protocols; assist with inventory management of medical supplies and equipment. Experience Prior involvement in dermatology, plastic surgery or aesthetics is a plus. Hands-on experience with EMR systems would be advantageous. Demonstrated knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medication administration, and emergency procedures such as Basic Life Support (BLS). Strong understanding of medical terminology combined with inpatient experience will help you excel in this role.
