Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM Job Description We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support primary care operations across multiple clinic locations. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical and front-office experience, including phlebotomy, patient intake, scheduling, and insurance verification. Key Responsibilities Perform patient check-in and check-out. Schedule and manage patient appointments. Verify insurance eligibility and collect copays. Perform phlebotomy (blood draws). Administer vaccines. Perform EKGs. Support full laboratory operations and specimen handling. Provide excellent patient care while maintaining accurate documentation. Float between Darien, Westport, and New Canaan locations as needed. Minimum Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required. Experience with phlebotomy (blood draws). Experience administering vaccines and performing EKGs. Strong knowledge of front-office responsibilities, including scheduling, insurance verification, and copay collection. Excellent communication, organizational, and patient service skills. Ability to work across multiple clinic locations.
