Job Description
Medical Assistant/ Front Desk We are seeking a motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented Medical Assistant and Front desk support to join our growing practice. This unique role is ideal for an individual who is eager to develop skills across both clinical and administrative functions while providing essential coverage across multiple locations. As a medical assistant and front desk support, you will be cross-trained in multiple roles to support both clinical care and front-office operations. Your flexibility and willingness to step into various responsibilities will make you a vital resource to our team and help ensure a seamless, high-quality patient experience. This is a full time, in person position that requires the flexibility and reliability to travel to various locations as needed. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Positive attitude with a proactive, team-first mindset Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment Willingness to learn and expand skillsets and key responsibilities Front office support Greet and check patients in and out in a professional and courteous manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls Manage incoming faxes and electronic communications Assist with patient scheduling and appointment coordination Handle patient inquiries and triage messages appropriately Clinical Support Assist providers with patient care as a trained Medical Assistant Prepare and clean exam and treatment rooms Sterilize instruments and maintain clinical equipment Escort patients to exam rooms and obtain necessary medical information Support providers during procedures to ensure high-quality patient care cross multiple roles Additional Requirements Dependable and adaptable, with the ability to adjust to changing daily needs Main location Stamford but able to travel to Greenwich location when needed Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and patient-centered care Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with employer contribution Company-paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability Generous paid time off Paid holidays plus two floating holidays per year Voluntary benefits, including pet insurance Why Join Us?
