The ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in providing excellent care. You will support our providers across endocrinology, internal medicine, OB-GYN, and nutrition, ensuring each patient visit runs smoothly from start to finish. Prior experience in OB/GYN is required. Responsibilities Room patients and record vitals, medical history, and intake information. Assist with exams, procedures, and diagnostic testing. Administer medications and provide basic life support as needed. Document accurately in the EHR (Practice Fusion preferred). Support front desk operations by answering phones, scheduling, and managing records. Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up care. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Qualifications Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable and experienced with phone communication and scheduling. Experience with EHR systems (Practice Fusion a plus). Phlebotomy certification required. Background in prior authorizations preferred.
