Salary Range :
$20.00 to $24.00 an hour By adhering to Connecticut State Law, pay ranges are posted. The pay rate will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge of position and comparison to others who are already in this role within the company. Flu Vaccine Considerations Proof of annual flu vaccination is required for all employees.

PACT MSO
has a busy Internal Medicine Group seeking two Medical Administrative Assistants. This position is located in Guilford with travel to West Haven, New Haven, Milford, Guilford, and Wallingford as needed. The hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm with rotating Saturday mornings. This position supports a department, provider, or manager by performing duties as directed. Essential Functions - Medical Administrative Assistant Assist with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, follow up, etc. Responsible for schedule utilization, cancelation and wait list management Coordinates tests, procedures, and lab appointments for patients Provide patients with information and respond to patient inquiries Schedule and coordinate meetings Assist with all patient portal questions Attend meetings as required by management Communicate information appropriately, accurately, and timely Create and maintain reports and distributes to appropriate staff and management Identify and communicate inconsistencies of information in reports to appropriate staff Skills and Knowledge - Medical Administrative Assistant Intermediate computer skills including MS Office Attention to detail Collaboration skills Communication proficiency Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in an office setting #medicaladministrativeassistant #medicaladminassistant #medicaloffice Education Required High School or better
