Position Summary for Washington DC/Virginia ROSM is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and patient-focused Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our growing team in DC /VA. While this position is primarily based in Lansdowne, employees may be asked to work at other ROSM locations depending on weekly scheduling and operational needs. This unique opportunity provides exposure to a variety of innovative treatments and allows team members to learn from our skilled physicians while expanding their clinical expertise and professional development. As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting providers, ensuring seamless patient experience, and contributing to our mission of helping patients return to active, healthy lives through advanced non-operative care. Job Description Room patients, obtain vital signs, update EMR records, and assist providers during patient visits. Ensure diagnostic tests, hospital reports, and medical records are available before appointments. Prepare PRP, dextrose prolotherapy, and other injectable treatments in a sterile environment. Assist physicians with bone marrow and adipose (fat) graft harvesting and preparation procedures. Perform phlebotomy and safely handle/dispose of biohazardous materials in accordance with OSHA standards. Maintain exam room cleanliness, organization, inventory, and medical supplies. Manage inventory of clinical supplies, medications, and injectables, including expiration date monitoring. Enter and verify patient information for ultrasound exams and ensure images are saved correctly in the PACS system. Support workflow independently while collaborating effectively with providers, team members, and leadership. Provide coverage for other Medical Assistants and travel to other ROSM locations as needed. Answer incoming calls and perform additional administrative or clinical duties as assigned. Why Join ROSM?
