Job Description

We're looking for an energetic and friendly receptionist to join our NutriHealth team! As the front line for our customers, you'll need to be both friendly and helpful. You'll be answering the phone, dealing with payments, and keeping track of appointments. Experience in medical administration is a plus, as is strong computer knowledge. Patient's satisfaction is our top priority. We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly MA / Medical Receptionist to join our NutriHealth team. Looking for someone who would be able to float between our Northern office locations. This is a full-time role. Teamwork and professionalism are crucial. Duties as the Medical Receptionist would include but are not limited to; front desk check ins / check outs, answering phone calls, scheduling patients, obtaining referrals, prior authorizations, etc. Duties as the Medical Assistant would include but are not limited to; weighing in patients, obtain and update patient records, obtain vital signs, obtain preauthorization's for prescription medications; prepare patient rooms for a clean care environment, etc. Qualifications Strong computer skills Excellent clerical and office experience, with a focus on customer service Ability to handle multi-line phone systems Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or health information management systems
