Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Medical Assistant and play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care across diverse medical settings. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work closely with physicians, nurses, and patients to ensure smooth clinical operations and positive health outcomes. Duties Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with intake procedures to ensure a seamless check-in process Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates accurately for each patient Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and ensuring their comfort throughout clinical visits Assist healthcare providers with clinical tasks including specimen collection, medication administration, and basic wound care Operate Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems efficiently to document patient encounters, update medical histories, and manage appointment scheduling Skills Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology, to accurately support diagnosis documentation Proficiency in using EHR systems Ability to perform vital signs assessment Excellent patient service skills with a compassionate approach
