This is an in-person evening position that serves as the face of our office, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth front office operations. Responsibilities:
Patient Reception & Customer Service Welcome patients, families, and visitors with a warm, professional attitude Create a positive first impression by providing outstanding customer service Check patients in and out for appointments Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming throughout the shift Communication Answer incoming calls for multiple office locations promptly and professionally Respond to patient text messages through the office communication system in a timely manner Monitor and return voicemail messages promptly Communicate effectively with providers, medical assistants, therapists, coordinators, and office leadership Contact pharmacies regarding prescriptions, refill requests, and medication questions when appropriate Scheduling & Administrative Duties Schedule new and established patient appointments Print daily provider schedules and required patient paperwork Print
