Job Description

Seeking a motivated and dependable certified or registered medical assistant. A successful candidate will need to have strong communication skills, be friendly and helpful to our patient population, be competent in basic computer skills, be knowledgeable about HIPAA privacy rules and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary :
The Medical Assistant will be responsible for taking vitals, documenting necessary medical information in our electronic medical record (EHR) system. They will need to be able to work as part of a team, have strong time management skills, traveling to multiple offices, and treat our patients with the respect and care they deserve.
Responsibilities :
Maintain supplies for the clinical operations Document patient care services utilizing daily logs and patient records Take vital signs, EKG's and provide general clinical assistance Works independently to assure the program goals are achieved Support and promote excellence in customer service
Desired Skills and Experience:
Completion of a formal MA program IV insertion Strong communication skills & a team player Detail oriented Exemplifies strong customer service skills and professionalism
Competencies :
Excellent computer skills Understanding of privacy and HIPAA Good communication skills: written, in person, and on the phone Ability to demonstrate compassion and care for our patients Good organizational and time management skills Dependable Work well with a team Bilingual + EMR software (E-clinical +) Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings. Must Travel locally to our 6 locations.
