Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Medical Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in patient care, medical procedures, and administrative support within diverse clinical settings. As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences by providing comprehensive clinical assistance and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Assist healthcare providers with patient intake, including recording medical histories and vital signs to facilitate accurate assessments. Prepare examination rooms and assist with procedures such as X-ray imaging, medication administration, and basic life support when necessary. Manage electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently to document patient information, ICD coding, and treatment plans accurately. Support inpatient and outpatient services across various specialties including dermatology, internal medicine, geriatrics, and emergency medicine. Conduct patient education on treatment plans, medication usage, and post-procedure care to promote understanding and compliance. Perform routine clinical tasks such as collecting specimens, performing basic physiology assessments, and assisting with surgical or procedural setups Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards while maintaining a compassionate approach to patient service.
Pay:
$18.50 - $25.39 per hour
