Medical Assistant (English, Spanish & Portuguese) Arena Medical Group is a growing primary care practice seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dependable Medical Assistant to join our team. As our practice continues to expand, we are looking for someone who enjoys working with patients, is organized, and thrives in a fast-paced medical office. A large portion of our patient population is Brazilian, so fluency in Portuguese is required . Candidates must also be fluent in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse patient community. This position offers room for professional growth , with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as the practice continues to grow. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of prior Medical Assistant experience Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Ability to work well in a team environment Responsibilities Welcome and room patients Take and document vital signs and medical history Assist the physician during patient visits and procedures Perform administrative and clinical duties as needed Schedule appointments and answer patient phone calls Maintain accurate electronic medical records Provide exceptional patient care and customer service If you are an experienced Medical Assistant who is passionate about patient care and would like to grow with a thriving medical practice, we encourage you to apply.
