Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Medical Assistant/Receptionist to join our healthcare team. Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to accurately document patient encounters, update medical records, Conduct routine clinical tasks such as measuring vital signs, performing basic assessments, and assisting with medication administration under supervision. duties including answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing referrals, and maintaining organized patient files. Requirements Prior experience working in the medical field, hospital medicine, urgent care, or similar outpatient/inpatient settings is desirable. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, medication administration protocols. Familiarity with EHR systems and medical administrative support practices is essential for success in this role. Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and compassionately across diverse populations.
