Entry-Level Medical Assistant (0-1 Year Experience)

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00

Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and bilingual Medical Assistant to join our growing healthcare team in Homestead, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or a candidate with up to one year of experience who is eager to grow in a fast-paced medical office. The ideal candidate will have strong phlebotomy skills, excellent patient communication, and the ability to work efficiently while providing outstanding patient care. Responsibilities Welcome and prepare patients for examinations. Obtain and document vital signs and medical histories. Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection accurately and safely. Assist providers with examinations and minor procedures. Administer injections and perform basic clinical procedures as directed. Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR). Clean and stock examination rooms and medical supplies. Schedule appointments and assist with front-office duties as needed. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Medical Assistant certification preferred but not required. 0-1 year of Medical Assistant experience welcomed. Phlebotomy experience is required. Fluent in both English and Spanish (required). Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment. Basic computer and EMR experience is a plus.
