• Baptist Health is seeking to hire a Certified Medical Assistant to join our NEW Seven Pines campus in our Orthopedics department, conveniently located near Butler Boulevard and I-295, just east of the St. Johns Town Center in Jacksonville, Florida. The experienced candidate will perform clinical support such as rooming patients, preparing x-rays, and assisting the providers.
Certified Medical Assistant Job Responsibilities:
Provides medical assistance to physicians Obtains vital signs Greets and chaperones patients during medical visit Maintains medical documentation Schedules care, treatment, diagnostic tests per physician Processes prescription requests and referrals
Experience Requirements:
2+ years Patient Care Experience Experience in Physician's office
Education & Credential Requirements:
