This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care, enjoys working in a fast-paced clinical environment, and is passionate about helping men improve their health and quality of life. Minimum Qualifications Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification ( REQUIRED ) Current Certified Phlebotomy Technician certification Minimum of two (2) years of recent, hands-on clinical experience as a Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist Current BLS/CPR certification High school diploma or equivalent Excellent venipuncture skills Strong computer proficiency and EMR experience Professional appearance and communication skills Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following is preferred: Men's Health Hormone Replacement Therapy (TRT) Internal Medicine Family Medicine Urgent Care Wellness or Preventive Medicine Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and specimen collection with accuracy and professionalism Process laboratory specimens according to protocol Obtain vital signs and patient histories Prepare patients for provider evaluations Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections Must be comfortable performing GAINSWave® treatments on male patients in a professional, respectful, and discreet clinical setting.
