M-F 8 am - 5 pm
Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare patients for examinations, treatments, and procedures.

Obtain and document patient vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints.

Assist providers during examinations and minor procedures.

Schedule appointments and assist with patient registration activities.

Answer and direct telephone calls using professional telephone etiquette.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Operate and maintain medical equipment according to established procedures.

Clean, stock, and organize examination rooms and clinical work areas.

Communicate professionally and effectively with patients, providers, and staff members.

Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming patient experience.
Required Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.

Current and active:

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification, orRegistered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification.

Knowledge of medical equipment and clinical procedures. Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available to qualified candidates who meet eligibility requirements.
