Full Job Description Job Description:
Join Kid Care Pediatrics, a trusted pediatric practice with over 30 years of dedicated service to our community. Operating with one pediatrician, we provide high-quality, personalized care. We are seeking a reliable, versatile team member to join our small, close-knit, and dedicated group.

In our office, we all work together and handle everything. This is a fully collaborative role where you will equally balance front desk administrative tasks and clinical duties. If you enjoy a dynamic environment, love working with children, and are ready to jump in wherever needed, we want to meet you!
Front Desk & Administrative Duties:
Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and schedule appointments. Welcome families, handle patient check-in/check-out, and collect co-pays. Manage patient charts and keep administrative paperwork organized.
Clinical Duties:
Document clinical data efficiently using Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Administer routine pediatric vaccines and immunizations safely. Take vital signs accurately, including blood pressure for all pediatric age groups. Weigh and measure infants and children, accurately charting growth curves. Prepare patients and exam rooms for the pediatrician. Assist the doctor during examinations and minor clinical procedures.
Job Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience as a Medical Assistant.
Language:
Fluent in Spanish (Required).
Clinical Skills:
Strong, confident skills in pediatric vaccine administration and taking blood pressure.
Tech Skills:
Solid experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
Communication:
Excellent customer service, multi-tasking skills, and professional phone etiquette.
Traits:
Must genuinely enjoy working with children, be punctual, reliable, and an absolute team player. Big Plus (Preferred but not required): Knowledge of medical referrals, authorizations, and health insurance plans.
