Full-time Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant experienced with front office and back office procedures,ready to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented with front office experience ( some clerical ) and back office (clinical )the ability to work independently in a medical office setting. They must also be compassionate, have initiative and be self motivated to excel in their role.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform vital sign measurements and record patient information accurately
  • Blood draw
  • Medical Triage
  • Utilize medical terminology for accurate documentation
  • Check patients in / Check patients out
  • Maintain electronic health records and ensure confidentiality of patient information
  • Handle front desk duties including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and verifying insurance information
Skills:
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and coding practices
  • Experience in a urgent care or clinical setting is preferred
  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and basic life support techniques
  • Ability to triage patient under supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Advanced M.
