Role Description:

This part-time, on-site Medical Assistant role is located in Palm Beach, Florida. The Medical Assistant will support aesthetic and concierge medicine providers by assisting with patient care, maintaining medical records, preparing treatment rooms, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. The role involves patient interaction, handling medical terminology, and contributing to a high-quality care experience. Collaboration with medical professionals and adherence to clinical standards are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Medical Assisting and Patient Care Knowledge of Medical Terminology and familiarity with Medical Records management Experience in Medical Office operations, including administrative tasks and maintaining a clean, organized environment Strong communication skills and ability to work with a team Certification or diploma in Medical Assisting (preferred) Previous experience in aesthetic or concierge medicine is a plus
