  • Full-time We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate is medically trained, possesses strong clinical skills, and has a solid understanding of the human immune system. Previous experience in allergy, immunology, or ENT is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Prepare and monitor patients for allergy testing procedures Administer allergy injections and monitor patient responses Perform pulmonary function testing (PFT) Accurately document patient information and maintain medical records Assist providers with patient care and clinical procedures Educate patients on treatment plans and office protocols Support front office operations as needed, including: Answering phones Scheduling appointments Verifying patient information Other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Medical Assistant certification or relevant medical training preferred Knowledge of medical terminology, medications, and clinical procedures Strong understanding of the human immune system Previous allergy, immunology, or ENT experience is a plus Excellent communication and patient-service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Demonstrates an exceptional work ethic Thrives in a team-oriented environment Adapts well to change and evolving responsibilities Is dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Provides compassionate, professional patient care If you are passionate about helping patients and want to be part of a supportive, collaborative healthcare team, we encourage you to apply.
