The Lab Medical Assistant IV is responsible for: Assists the technical staff within the technical departments Handles any and all manual pretesting procedures including waived testing as required Works in a team environment Demonstrate organizational, time management, analytical, delegation, written, and verbal skills Use computer skills appropriate to position Must have customer service and interpersonal skills Knowledge of regulatory standards appropriate to position Identifies problems and implements and/or recommends solutions Performs other duties as assigned

Certification & Licensure:

Required

• Driver's License (if applicable) Required

• ASCP / SCYM

  (if applicable) Required
• AMT Medical Technologists (if applicable) Required
• ASPT Phlebotomy Technicians (if applicable)

Education:

Required

• High School or Equivalent Preferred
• Technical Science Preferred

• Associate's Experience:

  Required
• 1 year in related field Preferred
