Responsibilities Assist with patient intake, including collecting medical histories and updating electronic health records (EHR systems) accurately Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, and weight. Manage medical documentation including ICD coding, anatomy and physiology notes, and medical terminology for accurate record keeping Provide exceptional patient service by answering questions, scheduling follow-ups, and ensuring a welcoming environment Complete tasks such as medications refills in a timely manner Perform injections as ordered by the physician Qualifications Proven experience as a Medical Assistant Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, ICD coding, and medication administration protocols Hands-on experience with EHR systems Ability to handle diverse clinical tasks Strong communication skills with a focus on patient care excellence and teamwork
