Job Description
We are a fast-paced, allergy practice looking to add a full-time, long-term medical assistant to our team. We pride ourselves in maintaining a positive attitude and a low turn over rate in our practice. We have office locations in both Wellington and Stuart. Our staff travels between our two office locations, with travel stipends provided. Both pediatric and adult patients are seen at our practice. Pediatric/Allergy experience is a plus. Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred but not required. Salary will be based on prior experience. Responsibilities Check patients into rooms and review medications Take vital signs Perform allergy skin testing Administer allergy injections Perform pulmonary function tests Assist in other specialized allergy testing and procedures Skills Proven working experience as a medical assistant is preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Team-player with a positive attitude Great verbal communication skills Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Dependable, punctual
