The right candidate should have at least 6-12 months of previous MA experience. Job Description subject but not limited to for this fast paced Dermatology office: Assist provider with patient care by obtaining the history and chief complaint. Assist in medical records documentation Maintain medical exam rooms, stocking supplies, and Sterilization And, Subject but not limited to for this fast paced Dermatology office Assist physician with patient care by obtaining history and chief complaint. Assist physician with procedures, biopsies and or other procedures in the Dermatology office Assist with wound care and suture removal Completion of pathology and lab requisition documents Pathology call backs and pathology logs Sterilization of instruments and surgical packs. Triage phone calls. Room patients Front office duties when needed. Sterile tray preparation, sterile technique, instrument cleaning

Other Responsibilities:

Medical Assisting experience preferred, Dermatology preferred and at least 6-12 months . § Be a team player and work well with others § Be organized, efficient, and ethical § Be dependable, punctual, and professional, and fast- paced § Be knowledgeable in medical terminology and computer confident § Have the ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.
