Qualifications Previous experience in a clinical or hospital environment is preferred. Strong skills in patient care, including familiarity with vital signs monitoring and medication administration. Basic life support certification is required; additional certifications in relevant areas are a plus. Knowledge of anatomy and experience working with geriatric patients is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and staff.
