Program Expertise:

Answer inquiries about the Medi-Weightloss program, providing clear and knowledgeable responses to patients and prospective clients.

Administrative Excellence:

Handle phone, text, and fax communications, routing messages promptly and professionally.

Document Management:

Perform daily scanning and uploading of patient documents to maintain organized, accurate records.

Clinic Upkeep:

Ensure the clinic remains clean, welcoming, and compliant with OSHA and HIPAA standards.

Team Collaboration:

The ideal candidate brings:

Customer Service Skills:
